• To enter this prize draw email competition@frenchconnection.com with your name and contact number.  Each valid entry will automatically be entered into the prize draw, the winners of which will be selected at random.
• There is no purchase necessary for entry and only one entry per person is permitted.
• This prize draw promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 16 and over. This excludes employees of the Promoter, its affiliates or agents, families of such employees or any other person professionally connected to the offer.
• All entries must be received no later than 23:59 GMT on 1st November 2010. The winners will be selected from a random drawing of valid entries on or around 2 November 2010. 

The prize is your choice of either:
A crepe spot printed all-in-one and a pair of silvano sandals
Or
A Little Miss Leather Jacket, a pair of Luna Wool Shorts and a pair of Peardon Boots

• The prize is as stated and no alternative or cash prize will be offered, this does not affect your statutory rights. 
• The winners of this prize draw will be contacted by email on or before 8 November 2010. A valid email address is required for valid entry into this prize draw.
• If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
• The prize winners agree and consent to their names and countries of origin being released and participation in any post – event publicity as required by the Promoter without further compensation. All publicity materials created by a prize winner in connection with this prize draw become and remain the sole property of the Promoter.
• The prize winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to French Connection Marketing Department, Centro One, 39 Camden Street, London, NW1 0DX. The prize winners are deemed to have consented to the publication of their surname and county by entering this prize draw.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. It may not be offered for sale, returned for refund or used in conjunction with any other competition, offer or promotion by a prize winner. There is no cash alternative. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw this prize draw promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable and accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of any third party affiliated with this promotion.
• French Connection assumes no responsibility whatsoever for entries which are not received by the deadline. Entries which are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
• Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted and are disqualified from the draw.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
• By entering the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
• The Promoter has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
