Press Day Highlights
French Connection gave press a special preview of our high summer collection last week, showcasing a colourful selection of coral and aqua pieces, boho prints, maxi & mini lengths and luxe leather accessories. Guests were spoiled with a manicure from London’s amazing WAH nails, reflexology, cake pops and blink grooming treatments.

What Goes Around Comes Around
This season French Connection is going back to its roots with our exclusive 1972 Vintage collection. An exclusive range of items that were originally sold in store when French Connection launched in 1972, the collection celebrates more than three decades of style. Chairman and founder of the company, Stephen Marks, worked together with French Connection’s head of design to unearth the classic designs from the brand’s archive. The result is a feminine collection of 70s styles the in-house design team have translated into timeless style for Autumn/Winter 2010. Électrique are particularly enamoured with the Vintage Grace Lace Shirt, perfect with this season’s nude palette.
Most Wanted
Our hearts are all a-flutter over this Flight of Fancy Shirt Dress. We love the on-trend bold bird print and flattering fit. Wear with brogues and a skinny belt now and thick tights and stacked ankle boots for winter.
Autumn/Winter Review
Last week French Connection invited its staff to review the new Autumn/Winter collection for 2010, staging an exclusive fashion show featuring new season looks and an elaborate series of sets displaying key pieces from the collection. Électrique went backstage to photograph the art department’s creations.
